Ken has over twenty plus years of experience in direct marketing and sales. He is an outstanding lecturer and a prolific video script writer; a seasoned director/producer who understands what it means to work under the constraints of deadlines and limitations and still complete the project on time. In addition Ken is an excellent songwriter and is one of the lead arrangers in the Brian Alexander Orchestra.
His creative ability combined with his adroit business skills, make him a powerful member of the Alexander + Associates Productions Executive Staff.

RICK LIEDER
Vice President of Marketing and Sales

Rick Lieder has been in the commercial hospitality industry for over 15 years. Before joining Alexander + Associates Productions, he owned and operated two full service restaurants that included entertainment and banquet facilities where he implemented marketing strategies that resulted in over 10 million dollars in sales revenue. Rick has exceptional marketing skills and a proven track record for adding to the bottom line.
Rick is a gifted producer who is comfortable in front or behind the camera. He also has a degree in sound engineering from the Recording Institute of Detroit and is an accomplished guitarist. His in-depth knowledge and hands on experience in development and execution of direct sales is a real asset for Alexander + Associates Productions.

SUSAN PETERS
Vice President of Music Production

Susan holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts degree in the field of music. She has been a choral director for national award winning choirs for 22 years, and has been a private coach in voice, piano and jazz for 30 years. She is a published choral arranger and a music producer. Susan regularly holds workshop on the ministry of music in the church and has served as a praise and worship director her church for over 10 years.
She has performed for presidents, governors and other elected officials, and various Motown celebrities.

Darryl Alexander

Darryl brings over twenty years of sales experience from the business and real-estate community. He has been successful at every level of sales and sales management. A proven leader, Darryl has been in the top ten of several major sales organizations and three times has been salesman of the year and once manager of the year. His relentless effort to excel beyond what is standard is what sets him apart from others. His motto is “Turn over enough rough stones, and you are bound to find a diamond.” Darryl is married and has four sons.
